Session 3 of Phase 2 – Leadership in Times of Change
In this Leadership in Times of Change session, leaders will explore how courageous leadership becomes a critical capability in moments of pressure, resistance, uncertainty, and organizational change. Participants will examine how conviction, values-aligned decision-making, courageous communication, and emotional steadiness help leaders move through difficult moments without losing trust.
This session will also highlight how courageous leaders navigate resistance, clarify what matters most, and lead change with integrity when doing the right thing feels costly while keeping people, trust, and sound judgment at the center.
